I am 5’9 160, 16 y/o. i keep bulking and cutting from 160 to 150 to 160 to 150, i am not ripped by any means but i dont know if i should just keep maingaining or cut again. I feel like i dont look bad but i have a different image of myself in my head from 2 years ago when i was fat little shit lmfao and my boys joking calling me fat dont help. When im cutting its keto diet and thats about it, when im “bulking” its kinda just me eating whatever tf i want. I just dont know if i should cut back to 150 or keep maingaining weight and seeing myself as a fatass
