bulk or cut

I am 18yo 85kg 190cm, and estimated around 20% bf%, gym 5x a week. since winters coming up i need to choose between, a slight bulk during winter and cut early next year with reta, or cut now and stay relatively lean untill summer next year.

Im not saying like bulk 500+ kcal surplus but just mantain kcal or like 100 above. Wouldnt that be easier to put on more muscle during winter?

I go 5x a week but i do care abt face im justa asking, would cutting make a big diffrence in the amount of muscle i could put on?

Lol nigga what about maintance?! Cutting also sounds dumb because do you want your final weight to be smth like 80kg as 6’3?
