Bulk or cut?

Ight this shit doesn't look that good might be wrong with my camera but all seriousness Should I keep on pushing weights and eating shit or should I start cutting to define my muscles now. I wanna get lean to atleast May/June

No lol I went from 20% to 8% just by walking 15-20k steps a day, fasting for 6 hours after waking up and being in a 500 calories deficit. HIIT increase your appetite so it's a shitty choice

If you've been lifting for awhile now, it may be time for a cut, looks like you could use it as you have a good amount of muscle mass.

Start lean bulking again after summer / whenever you're ready to get bigger.

This can’t be a serious question what muscle do you even have at the very least post your lifts you need to bulk
