bulk or shred ? anyone in similar situation ??

6'0 150 lbs like 13% bf

lowk somewhat lean still have lot of buccal fat bcs shit genetics - not single digit/shredded. if i go down to 140 or 138 ik i can acc see my facial bone strcture
but ngl atp that lowkey seems like looksmin given the fact ill be skeleton stick and bones

not sure what to do bcs if i bulk my face only gonna get chubbier

debating going on a bulk and letting the looksmin and then cutting or just continioing my cut rn till anorexci and lean bulking but lowkey idk if ill ever be satified with the cut lol. or j maintanecen

currently on enclo 6.25 mg some basic shi

anyone else had a simiolar situation and how did they get over it

Preferrably test or bulking for a year to Get as much muscle as possible and then cutting for next summer
 
Is enclo on bulk cope, I’m thinking since I’m at like 1400 ng/dl good response
I could try get 2 lbs a month of muscle or so with everything locked in

Doesn't matter if you're using it on bulk or cut. 1400 is barely supraphysiological so don't expect wild results. That's basically TRT for many. Cut first till you're shredded then LEAN bulk. Don't go over 13% bf. No need to rush it

Doesn't matter if you're using it on bulk or cut. 1400 is barely supraphysiological so don't expect wild results. That's basically TRT for many. Cut first till you're shredded then LEAN bulk. Don't go over 13% bf. No need to rush it

gl im not mentally there yet to take tren but lmk how it goes
tren improved my mental state ngl it only has side effects over 100mg
is recomping worth it? only thing is that shit takes forever to see any progress makes me wanna kms

just recomp until your at your desired leanness then lean bulk mid cycle

A few extra pounds to get to 10% makes perfect sense. Shred then lean bulk on test + tren if u want

You need to recomp I see others telling you the same the best way I'd recommend you do it is a GLP med preferably reta or tirz super low calorie high protein diet anavar or low dose tren to agonize glucocorticoid to not lose muscle from the cut along with this because of how suppressed your t3 and testosterone get when in a steep deficit you'd also want to supplement with those as well.
For general on cycle health you should use a statin or red yeast rice (acts as a statin because it contains Monacolin K a compound chemically identical to the active ingredient in the drug lovastatin)
Milk thistle and tudca for liver health
NAC for oxidative stress on cycle
ask me more questions if you want to

was a bit confused with the first bit, do you mean recomp or cut. im assuming GLP plus super low calorie high protein is agressive cut?
Do you think this is worth doing tho if im alr like 148 lbs or so, dont have that much muscle to begin with (a like 13-14% bf).


i want to lean out my face but really trying to avoid physique just becoming stick and bones. no idea what to do still lol

debating hopping on mk677 alongside enclo to bulk for like 4 months or so then just aggressive cutting. thoughts?
