yeah i will get bloated and gain more weight, doing a 3 months bulk and then i will cut to 10% BF to have muscular physique but my face will look like in my avi pic

i will focus more on traps, neck, shoulders and posterior chain in this bulk, my arms grow very easy but my shoulders are lacking alot

eat way less carbs, do low intensity cardio like walking or having sex and weight training.
also high protein diet

yes i will get my hair longer , my plan is to get big and when i get shreded get a tiktok account and try to get some clout for statusmaxxing
