not really,even if u are on roids just eat ur maintance calories,you will just gain fat and become bloated.There is no study that justifies bulkinh

your body builds muscle regardless of how much you eat, after a certain point calories just become fat, no point in a large surplus since you'd just get fat for no extra gain

thats another myth,just eat ur maintance calories and ur good,the important thing is that u need to hit ur protein goal and eat a good amount of carbs and fats

leanbulk is a smaller surplus you'd do only if you somehow have trouble hitting macro goals or if you're a walking skeleton. otherwise its unnecessary

ive been maintaining for half a year and ive lost like 5% bf after 'dirtybulking' for half my life :lul:
