Bulking/cutting kills youthful fat ?

Basically every time you gain or lose fat, loss and redistribution happen randomly.

We might lose fat in key youth facial areas to reaccumulate it somewhere unimportant or detrimental, and never restore the original distribution.

Over for bulk/cut cyclers?

Hopefully it doesn't. But I've seen a yt surgeon advise not to lose bodyfat to the point our faces look gaunt because we might not restore the volume.
I've read posts from users complaining they murdered their fat pads by cutting in their 20s
