Exactly what title says, Im 5'10 pre growth spurt at 14. Any good supplements I could take? Or just plain ass good exercises/splits.

Supposed to go from 160 - 175~ if I wanna play edge btw.
 
Supplements are mostly cope, get yourself some creatine and get bloodwork done to check deficiencies and supplement those.
What actually matters is what you eat. Try to maximize whole foods and avoid artificial sugar + protein poor meals. Calculate your caloric maintenance and eat in a 100-200 caloric surplus or you'll become a fat fuck and will hate yourself while not being able to last a whole game
