never bulking again my face was never the same after 1 years of bulking
i look lean body wise after months of cutting but chubby fat never went away

2 years ago i was super thin on 72 kg with great bones on my face
bulked 1 year gained 8-9 kg
then quitted and lost weight again
back to 72 kg now and still chubby as fuck

it's worth it if you're a framecel or actually skinny with no obvious muscle but otherwise if you're lean enough and want to grow just eat a tiny tiny amount above maintenance, and not even 7 days a week, and progress your lifts and you'll still build muscle without being a bloated mess with hidden facial bones
still in the process of undoing the damage done by this tbh
