I need to feed myself 5k cals a day to get 2 where I want but I find it hard to even eat 2.5 k, fuck this shit even drinking cals is a chore rn

wish i had this problem, I am always hungry, it never stops. I can eat 8k calories a day for weeks on end easy

I fluctuate huge amount in my life from periods of letting go and eating tons for weeks and periods of extreme dieting with meticulous calorie counting.

If I am not 100% on my diet I will easily gain 20 pounds in a month


From the time I was 20 I have gone from 150 to 220 pounds and anywhere in between many times

You don't. You feel full after like three slices of pizza and you are left with nothing but a life of malnourishment

same i went -30lbs in 1 month then vice versa
 
condition yourself by eating more and more and your stomach will stretch, force feed is the only way for some

It’s the opposite for me, I can naturally put on muscle without breaking a sweat but before going on a permanent low carb diet, keeping myself lean was a hassle. I’m always hungry

I’m eating 3 100 calories for maintenance but would love to eat more

which brings up a good point, how the fuck do fat people exist? if I stuff my face like a fat pig and am still lean how the hell do people walk around with massive guts and obese faces??

just be an absolute fat bloated piece of shit and eat 7 meals a day and train to absolute failure 6 days a week but also get 10 hours of sleep and also make sure to not be stressed in order to not lower your test for 2 years of your prime and then another 8 months of starving yourself like a medevial war slave and MAYBE, MAYBE you will LOOK like youve been to the gym (shirtless, still dyel in shirt)

Maybe I should try carnivore. Ive been trying to cut for 1.5 years but keep binging and fluctuating lmao, food is just wayyyyyyy too good
