Bulking is for morons, you literally scientifically can't lose weight with exercise and dieting is massively slow and ineffective. Even if this wasn't the case, nobody needs to bulk except extremely skinny guys, otherwise you're just making your body fat and flabby.

yh everytime i bulked i regret it kinda, fuck this shit now i have to lose all weight, but atleast i ate nice food for a few months

bulking not even real apparently
the only thing that actually stimulates muscle growth is training close to failure and protein intake, NOT calories
just overeat calories a little so that you are never accidentally in a calorie deficit

True if it's a mega dirty bulk, I think a lean bulk with the occasional cheat meal is not awful especially if you make sure you are lean to begin with.

But I would agree I have seen ppl not get lean enough on a cut then they just go straight to bulk and are perpetually fat.
 
I will never bulk , i will always go for the needle instead , the goyslop u eat on bulking has a higher chance of killing u than roids

It isn't really easy to compare both as they "damage" the body in different ways, but I guess one basic cycle would do less harm than eating goyslop 24/7.

“Bulking” shouldn’t mean stuffing Goyslop in your mouth and getting fat. Just because you’re on a bulk doesn’t mean you get to have no self control. Get sufficiently lean first and then eat a clean diet high in protein and complex carbs 300-500 calories above maintenance

Enjoy your iftar bhaijaan. :owo: I was at my friend’s place with my brother present as well and we ordered pizzas. It was 1 AM and I’m full still so I’m not having suhoor. Just chai. And ma sha Allah, you are going to the mosque? Mogs me hard. And the other muzzies at the mosque, LOL.
