Imagine purposefully gaining new fat cells making it harder to be lean down the road. Not to mention gaining weight during developmental years increases the chances of gyno, big hips ect.

If you’re fat, cut asap, reach a lean weight and maintain that indefinitely, perhaps going on small surpluses of around 150cal to build more muscle. If you’re skinny, do something similar but you can perhaps go up to 300cal.

Bro It’s my first time building muscle now. How much calories is the maximum before face gets affected but also enough to build muscle. Is 300 the max?

Unless your doing some high intensity cardio or your very active overall you usually wont be burning as much calories if you actually track them of course
