Never bulk or listen to low iq redpillniggers online. I permanently descended from bulking and have unfixable eye bags and nasolabial folds at 18.

I think a slow bulk with healthy food is fine if you’re skinny and then maintain it from there. Dirty bulking with 3k+ cals a day is completely retarded though

When I first listened to him I was exactly that (except I was about 5'10ish). I put in so much effort just to turn into a skinnyfat gigaogre subhuman jfl

What actually did help was leaning the fuck down and getting some lifts. Normies actually respect me now but I'm still scarred for life

It wasn't a dirty bulk at all but yeah I was eating over 3k a day. I developed breasts and a muffin top and my face was easily a low 3 as rated by over a dozen people. In trying to get respect I actually got myself bullied more.

Spam cardio/discover the gym. Changes your life in so many ways. Focus on hitting protein goals and not necessarily a crazy calorie goal. Take test if you think you’re old enough also
