Bulking tips?

struggling to put on weight because im not a fat fuck,
can anybody give me effective and straight forward unbrainrotted advice on easiest/cheapest ways to bulk?
even just link some highIQ thread honestly i really dont care.

Just get obese as you consistently do pull-ups, dips, and other bodyweight-dependent exercises. Your increasing bodyweight will automatically take care of progressive overload.

After you hit 40 BMI (morbidly obese), just cut down to a healthy weight. You’ll end up jacked—with trained legs from walking around while obese.

ok nigga like i literally cant shove food down my throat aggressively though, thats what i mean when i cant get fat.

buy the “weight gain” syrups that increase ur appetite

eat as fast as possible

drink water throughout the day to increase appetite

high calorie dense foods

get more liquid calories like some orange juice or some shit like that
 
High cal shakes and add Oliv oil to your food

What i did was add maple syrup to everything and have shakes. Had lots of honey, juice and rice. I gained 13kg in 8 months. Tbh juice and milk are the biggest fucking hacks out of everything to put on weight fast.

im 17 and in really good shape so dirty bulking for like 5 months or so literally wont impact my health in the long run, i just wanna gain weight fast and then do a lil cut to get nice n big.
Again I’m 18 it really depends on your metabolism (how much you burn off fat) if your skinny af and have no lean muscle and fat in your frame then bulk up hard. If average then lean bulk

-just track your fucking calories,you can use yazio.
(Caloric Surplus,use a BMI scale)

- Find good meals (tom beckles, jamalsamfit etc.) that you can eat.
write the recipes down in notes / notion.
mealprep too.

- use mass shakes (game changer)
