Bulking when no bones

When I was at around 14-15% bf a few weeks ago, I would have rated myself around 3.5psl - the best I ever looked.
I wanted to bulk. I knew it would bring me up to 16%-20% bf again and I would be <3psl like I was in my youth but I thought it would be worth it in the end since I could i could be as lean or even leaner again as I was before and have more muscle.

Now that I‘m 3 weeks into the bulk, it becomes very hard for me to endure that I have become such a bloated ugly creature and I don‘t know if I can mentally handle it much longer. Since I have almost no social interaction apart from my part-time job, the time to be an ugly subhuman would be perfect but :feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:

Going lean without bones is the same, no jaw definition and u just look comical with skinny body and fat face, becoming mass mogger is ur only hope

I think I just have a genetic tendency to store fat in my face. And like I said I looked better when I was leaner, even had kinda hollow cheecks and zygos showed when looking from a 3/4.

And if I want to become a „mass mogger“ I will just roid but I‘m not there yet.

Bulking is retarded exactly for that.

Lean bulk or main gain or basic human intuition however you want to call it is the best way. You end up the same after 6 months but with bulk and cut you looked and felt like shit 90% of the time while maingain you constantly improve

I will just eat meat, fruits and butter from now like I did a few weeks ago. Fuck this shit. Maybe I will bulk after surgery

Sounds just as retarded. Just eat what you want in moderation.

Don’t listen to people who look like a Greek god and say it’s cuz of the way they eat. It’s the drugs they take. Ofc they never admit to that and ofc „muh it’s all effort and this and that“. No that’s bullshit. It’s genetics and drugs. Those two things.

No matter how much you bulk or clean eat you won’t compare to my genetics for example and I eat sugary shit and pizza and kfc all day long.

So just eat in moderation and you WILL become your best version. Eat enough protein, drink enough water. You think it matters which type of protein you eat like fish or chicken or beef to a degree where you go from subhuman to Jeff seid tier ? Nooo. That’s not how it works.

At best you can do a cut to as low bf as possible to look insane for a short amount of time but that’s it.

If you end up not looking how you want after training and eating decent you gotta pick up drugs like steroids.

but if you eat enough protein, drink enough water and eat around your caloric needs + workout you will look good enough.

just don’t waste your Time weighting every gram or only eating untasty stuff cuz it’s „healthy“. It won’t get you further than just enjoying your live and eat as usual.
