at this point it’s a last ditch effort but i’ve been going to the gym for over 2 years now and it’s really important to me and if i don’t bulk and keep gaining muscle for a long period of time i’ll probably rope but im tired of the bloat. i’m lean bulking so no sugar or greasy shit but i’m still eating a lot of carbs e.g. rice, oats, potatoes and small amounts of pasta and tons of fruit e.g. bananas, kiwi, pears, blueberries, strawberries etc. it’s damn near fucking impossible to bulk without grains what do i do i dont want a bloated ass face
