I’ve been going to the gym for about ~9 months seriously now, I’ve but on some good progress- I’ve had abs pretty much the whole time, maintaining around 10-11% body fat (drop estimates here: https://looksmax.org/threads/body-fat-help.1503267/#post-21542649)
But regarding that, I have been 150 pounds since the start: so it seems like I am just changing my fat to muscle- but I am kind of skinny (being 5’11 no shoes, 15 yr old male)
So my question is should I start eating in a surplus? If so how much? I do cardio pretty much everyday, am very active plus lifting weights, soccer, football, and 30m incline treadmill. I’ve heard people say bulking isn’t needed but I feel that’s not the case if you’re trying to gain weight. But my main goal
Is fix my hormones (if they are messed up) and stop being skinny-ish.
Also, I think that my hormones might be messed up for maintaining a low body fat for so long at such a young age. How can I fix this?
