What’s causing my undereyes to look this way and how can I fix it?

my undereyes descend me so much, they look like a patch of fat or smt and idk how to fix. I’ve don’t a decent amt of research but I can’t seem to find a good answer, I think the cause is the fact that my eyes are pretty big for my face so I often squint a little, making my undereyes look lumpy. If that isn’t why, is there a way to fix it? Because it descends me a ton

Id say its a good thing only problem is a slight colur cgange ur jaw is really thin btw
