Iv been going to the gym for a bit over a year im 185cm and i was 53kg now im 66kg but last couple of months im not locked in with my diet i get this 2 weeks locked in phase every some time i wanna bulk till 80kg then cut any tips or advice on how i can lock in with my diet and eat consistently my nutrition goals?
