Bullhorn lip lift before or after bimax?

Hey,

I'm in the preperations to get a lip lift and want to know if anyone knows if a lip lift should be done before or after bimax.
I have a slight underbite (corrected via braces).
My philtrum is elongated (20mm) which causes my midface ratio to be 0.95.

isn't it possible that a lip lift can create lip incompetence after a bimax? That's why I've asked myself this question.
