bullied for my looks, is it over?

*photos taken right after waking up* Almost everyday at school I notice people staring at me and sometimes even laughing and "discreetly" pointing at me in my peripheral vision. As if that isn't tiring enough as it is, I have to deal with my friends constantly making fun of me because I don't look as good as them and they treat me like dirt because of it. I'm tired of them making fun of me for not being able to get a girlfriend and when I did get one in the past they always tried to get in-between me and her. I feel like i have a good approach on girls but I get constantly rejected.. why is everyone so rude towards me. How can I improve myself, what should I work on? is it over?
