i have bullied and been bullied. The reason why I bullied was mostly my own insecurities and lashing out at easy targets. If someone would show weakness I would dislike it because I saw myself in that weakness.

But also the people I would bully would have a weakness for example they would react with extreme emotions, i would double down then. If someone ignored me I would leave them alone. There's nothing there. Bully's look for emotional response in a lot of cases.

Same for when I was bullied. The people who bullied me (two kids) saw that I got emotionally triggered. I hit one of them with a base ball bat one time because I was so angry. They kept bullying me for 3-4 years or so. When you get emotionally triggered easily you will be a quick target for bullying.

In a way the bully shows you what you are like a mirror. He smells the weakness/emotions/triggeredness.

I mean Im talking from perspective of someone who was "bully" in HS.
I had one weird kid in my class, literally Quazimodo real life adaptation. Big ass hunchback, jewish nose and 5,4 at best.
He was saying weird shit,watching porn in classes and so on.
Me and my homies just clowned on him for that.
I don't even think its bullying ngl. Just reminding that animal to behave.
