I used to not have this, but for a while I never smiled and had a frown face so I ended up getting a slightly downturned lips, now i have to constantly force myself to hard smile otherwise I look pissed off, however even when i do, theres this bump/excess on the side of my lips

Im sub11% bf so ik its not fat, plus it's more like a lump on both side thats hard when i squeez it, it does not hurt. I scoured the internet and cannot find anything related to this, maybe I don't know the proper term for it? Pointers would be appreciated
