Bumping HGH to 10 IU

I have been on HGH ed since may
Started on 4 IU -> 6 IU -> 8 IU (currently)
Wondering if anyone else has experience with double digit HGH doses, What should I expect? during my journey I haven’t had much side effects apart from occasional joint pain and water retention (obv) . I pin before bed, would it be better to spread my injections to 2 IU in the morning and 8 IU before bed?

I know I’ll be giga bloated I’ll be using 50-100mg eplerenone

I’m already on Tirzepatide (2.5mg) but I don’t know if that’ll be enough, I also have Metformin XR 1000mg laying around. At these doses should I incorporate Insulin.?

Most bodybuilders and coaches advise to go all in before bed and split a little bit in the morning (in fasted state) to maximise lipolysis. I want to try 10 IU’s simply because I have a ton of HGH and ancillaries laying around.

Weather or not you add insulin but especially when you add insulin it would be a great addition to add some mitocondrial support
