Burping often?

What does burping all the time mean? Sometimes I'll even burp after waking up. I don't just burp after eating food. Is my gut bacteria off or something or is it indigestion that can be fixed? Been seeing more gut bacteria/probiotics post so interested if this is a possible solution.

I have this issue too, burp like crazy.
I think it’s stomach issue/GERD issue, we don’t exhale correctly and we have food digestion issues
