Bus rides

So my anxiety is at is peak, i can't take any buses cause i always think someone is judging me now i only take buses so i can sit down at the front if someone is sitting there im waiting to the next bus. I can't really take anxiety meds because it all bad for my heart (heart problem) life is over for me should i LDAR?
