Businessmaxxing is glorified hella on social media and niggas are out here making people think their going to be a millionaire at age 19 if they dropship or make a brand/product or service or do YouTube/stream etc. the raw reality is 99% of people are not meant to own a business. I can tell you guys my experience. To even get my business started I’ve already burned through about $11k and that’s honestly a lowball. I’ve worked tirelessly day in and out at my 20 an hour job to fund it. Funds wise my business has been up for about 3 months and in total I’ve made about 8k

But if you factor in business expenses like shipping out product, tax, ad spend I’ve made maybe 1-2k grossing

My bank account is literally at a constant 0. My credit cards are maxed out 24/7 I need to apply for a business card so my credit score doesn’t get clapped. This shit isn’t fun and rainbows nigga ur not going to be on a yatch in Miami or on vacation you gonna be in front of your computer for hours a day looking at analytics planning content making ads innovating new ideas spending money you don’t even have and blowing it on a idea that can completely flop. And even on good days unless you have really high volume it’s unlikely you will make a shit ton of money like these gurus on TikTok make it seem like.

I think it will be atleast 3 years before my business is anywhere near making 10k a month in raw profit (not just revenue. I think I’ll be making 10k a month in revenue by the end of the year

When ur in business you will live like a slave for the next 5-10 years of your life. You will have to work 10x harder and be 10x broker. You will have to live below means for a very long time. The niggas you see on TikTok flaunting money get their money from selling courses. The profit from that is way more than business profits.

Overall do I regret doing this? No. But only cause I have genuine passon. If all I wanted was money I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing. I would probably have a large amount of savings if it wasn’t for my business. Don’t do any business you don’t truly love or enjoy cause I promise you nigga if all your doing it for is money you won’t make it past a year

yatch in miami is a fake fantasy, even those who live it are coping. its all fake interaction and nothing is real. no point in something thats not real.

also yes business is stressful in modern era but better than being wage cuck.

Starting a business is for people who are already making like 100 K a year and want to make like 500 K a year it’s not for the people who are living in section 8 and survive off of EBT

Sure if you grind for 10 years straight it’s very unlikely you won’t succeed unless ur business model if complete shit but this is reality not Disney people have bills to pay, people have to go to school, people just eventually get tired (even if they say they won’t give up the first couple months to years).

99% of people just aren’t able to financially sustain this letalone mentally/emotionally it’s depressing Af seeing ur bank account at constant 0

What is your opinion about following passion towards arts like movies making ,novels ,game design etc

Gave up is a weird way to frame it, I learned lots of lessons from it as an experience, but I chose to cut my losses and go in a different direction

OK, but the main thing about building a business within the first 1 to 2 years is sticking your the plan so if you keep switching business models every like a couple months then you’ll never have a successful career business

There's a reason why i never got into business due to the whole assets and liability thing.

You can make money doing basically anything but it’s about how long ur willing to keep pushing and losing money and obviously times change some business models do better than others it depends on supply and demand

Yeah no absolutely bro, if you swap every 2 months then nothing has been given a real shot to flourish

DNR + skill issue nigga

Dnr, haven't read this retarded shit title itself says everything. Business is always good, but it is always good when you have a decent base of money to start with. So first you have to grind and work 2-3 jobs at the same time and grind money to invest that money in your business idea. You have two options in life, be regular cuck or escape the system and make money work for you. Business takes years to work, consistency is a key and success in business is not a fairy tale. Only the ones who put hard work and are competitive achieve the results, and not basic cucks who spend money on entertainment and do not have any savings in bank account

I agree, business ownership is heavily glorified on social media and way more difficult/expensive than most realize, but the benefits are certainly real

When my dad first started his business, he was sleeping on the floor of the shop for six months, showering at a nearby gym, etc..

not glamorous at all

However, within a few years after starting it, he was able to afford his dream home (probably in the top 5-10% of the area, now worth well over 1.5m+) and we live very comfortably + have more freedom than most people

If you don't mind me asking what kind of business do you run
