when i workout i feel more horny then usual idk if it’s because i have more confidence or test or what but because of that feeling i bust a few nuts then my energy is fucked the next day, combine this with a poor diet and lack of sunlight and you will feel like shit, look like shit and perform like shit. mental health will clear up once you stop consuming the wrong things in life and consume the right. like real sexual interactions and eating real food
