Butcher grain-fed unfrozen beef or grocery store "grass-fed" (idk if grass-finished) meat?

Get the grass fed ground beef. It will have less nutrients but eating mostly grain fed beef raw is a sure fire way to feel like shit and actually risk diseases.
Will I still get most tof the benefits of eating raw meat tho? What will I lose, what will I keep?
