butterfly effect undermines mainstream moralistic foundations who judge value at one point in time, akin to judging the direction of a graph of a complex pattern from a singular x coordinate.
u could do good but cause a worse reality at some later point. u could do evil but serve a crucial role for the future at some point.
butterfly effect is power, what seems insignificant is just a momentary illusion in the grand scheme of things.
to consciously harness this power, what matters is probability manipulation which uses observation and intention. increasing psychic ability by increasing perception rate is key
