Theres not really much u can do for butthole aesthetics outside of hair removal, moisturizing and hygiene (if ur using TP and not water idk what to tell u).

I was going to say bleaching but don't think it's necessary, only optional. Seen plenty of attractive ones that have a dark tint to them.
