IRS has a 650k bounty to anyone who can crack the Monero crypto blockchain so they can track transactions and no one has been able to crack monero yet

Looked it up. Apparently it uses Ring Signatures, Stealth Addresses. I know almost next to nothing about blockchain encryptions but I do know these features should ensure complete privacy.
