I’m usually wearing 1-2” lifts (6’3 without them) and 2” is the most I think someone can manage, I feel like its already pushing it. Any more and I would feel significantly less stable on my feet

im convinced 6'2" is more than enough, also thats the perfect height by any measure; there was a study done with 1000 foids and they said 6'-6'3" is the optimal range
i have a friend who is 6'3" barefoot and he wears flat insole shoes so as to not be 6'4"-6'5" in shoes , he says its too much
