i have grown in the past year, an inch or so. and i work out infrequently not very often.

if u really want u can do an xray to see if ur growth plates are still open, but if u wanna grow taller workout more often and sleep at least 8 hours a day and make sure to get all your protein and other nutrients a day

ya i sleep 8-12 hours every night and i live a pretty healthy lifestyle. ultimately genetics is the primary factor in how tall you will grow though.
