Only thing I know clinically proven to help with ramus length is chewing gum, but it's not really a significant increase.
For the latter, you need surgery, assuming that you actually are recessed/not well-developed.

Sorry, well usually 1 time per week for needles 1.0 mm to 1.5 mm and smaller needles can be used up to 1-3 times per week. Bigger needles are good for acne scars, while smaller ones are better for hair growth.

I’m always racist but niggers mostly have way different issues with whites. They’re skin is mostly better but the nose is most often the problem which can’t be softmaxxed and therefore any softmaxxing effort won’t really gain any results except roiding and accutane if your skin is bad none the less
