I am talking about a creepy sex doll that walks around, can fulfill the tasks of a sexual partner and a personal servant, and talks without its face moving. There will be a local computer that manages its movement and basic function and an advanced multimodal distributed AI that learns from all of the sex robots simultaneously to generate dialogue and complex behavior. The entire system might even be conscious but in a very different way than human consciousness.








The tech for this stuff now exists but we need to put it together in a meaningful way and make it economical. By the 22nd century actually realistic sex robots might start to become available.
