by what age should u have atleast been close to a relationship with a girl

I’m 15 and I never had a conversation with a girl irl, and never had one, over a 3 second talk or convo, never , never had a girls snap insta whatever, never talked to a girl, it hurts seeing people similar to my age be in releationships, having girls as friends and they actually seem to enjoy company of each other while I never even spoke to one irl, only sorta talked to girls was online and never real life related, just some games I played and there happened to be a girl playing, even then i never open my mic to speak because I don’t know how to talk to a girl
