I hear the Indian government is taking steps to limit muslims opportunities, education etc and there by keeping them low socioeconomic, and as we know there is a correlation between low socioeconomic status and higher birth rates, surely if this is the case fertility rates will outpace the rest of the Indian population? Or is this incorrect?
