Caffeine also makes me restless and doesn’t help with my ADHD

I use it to concentrate and give me a boost in energy especially with my workouts but somehow it makes me restless? Like my heart rate goes up and shit as well as it giving off a euphoric feeling.
Instead of me being productive by studying it makes me wanna goon more. Doesn’t affect motivation to workout tho

Since I’m addicted to white monster energy drink for me I average at about 200-400 mg’s a day on top of other sources like latte’s, black tea etc but today I wanna have double that so 600 mg if I can. I wonder what taking more than 1g is like
