Caffeine before weightlifting

Should I drink caffeine before lifting? I hear its a natural diuretic
 
drinks 4-5 cups of black coffee everyday anyway
 
i dont like it. it fucks my stomach up
 
Take a vasodilator like l Citrulline or l arginine, caffeine will constrict your blood vessels, and you won’t get as good of a “pump”

It's the main ingredient of pre-workouts and without all the junk they add in so yes it's good. I'm on vyvanse though so I never drink coffee.

Yes for pre but if u want a diuretic js get feurosemide

Idk go to a pharmacy and ask for lasix they might give it to u also try to make it like a small back alley pharmscy with indian workers

Yes, but just black coffee or espresso, no fillers like milk and sweeteners. It’s shown to be analgesic and performance booster, but don’t do it everyday or every time you workout, otherwise, you become tolerant and will desensitize yourself.
 
With a strong stimulating effect inconvenient to train and it is impossible to do good strength work. Therefore, it all depends on how you react to caffeine. If it gives you a positive effect, then this is a good way to increase the intensity of your workout. But there are people on whom caffeine acts too strongly (genetics or poor tolerance), so it is contraindicated for them.
