And, drinking a few cups of coffee is not nearly enough to simulate that effect on your skin

It won't do jack to your collagen unless it affects your sleep or skyrockets your cortisol if you keep chugging cup after cup

And it does affect your sleep, even if you only drink it early 😂
Even if you can fall asleep we know that deep sleep is reduced by 10-30% which is equivalent to aging you 40 years

And most people drink multiple cups throughout

No drinking it at 5pm is not-optimal, you should drink it right as you lay down to sleep and then fall asleep quickly before the effects kick in. This way you can have optimal sleep while being able to enjoy your coffee.

that's a good point, I tested this by sleep tracking with or without caffeine. I generally limit myself to 2 cups and none after 12pm, there's no difference in deep sleep duration (slow wave sleep) with or without caffeine

if you keep drinking past that point where it affects your sleep then yeah it's a problem

If you can limit yourself like that its probably not big of a deal but your sleep will still be affected and its not optimal

Also you might be a fast caffeine metabolizer genetically which would help
 
coffee is known for its good effects on longevity. my mother drank 2 cups a day all her life and looks 15y younger (constantly confirmed by normies)

I’ve been meaning to stop daily coffee but I can’t do it cold turkey. I get massive headaches now if I skip caffeine so I’ll have to wane off it
 
It’s all genetics and facial bone mass
