I took 800 mg (8 tablets because each one is 100 mg jfl) of caffeine today by accident, compared to the usual 300 mg I do every morning.

And holy shit, when I went out with my friends I felt much more motivated to talk to everybody and do everything. It also had a nice debloating effect which was nice

I first took 3 but then I forgot about those 3 so I took another 3 and then forgot about that too but was not fully sure so I only took another 2

Yea Same for me, Took 800mgs too but the Crash is sooooo bad like I hate it, ill quit for now and just do it on Nights out for a light debloat + Energie boost
