GLP changed my life completely (post below), and then MAOI starting (parnate) raising my neurochemical baseline made it so these binges and falling off are no longer an issue now

I am 20% now and cutting out all junk food and alcohol, exercising everyday every muscle that is not sore.

My diet will consist of 2 Ensures, 4 scoops of whey protein, vitamin pills, and lots of caffeine

I haven’t notice the black pill yet from being a fat fuck right now because I work in tech surrounded by guys and old ladies, not a single hot chick.

Just because of this I am switching careers JFL, whatever it takes to have the motivation I had before when I was a college student, surrounded by prime women.

When in your life did you hit high tier aesthetics (even if subsequent rounds enhanced u slightly more) - and were you super super motivated for a while to get lots of successes and redeem yourself and live in disbelief at the new life?
