Caffeine diuretic

Currently gymmaxing and never touched caffeine in years - brought preworkout with 300mg in also took 500mg vitamin C and took both today and despite bloatmaxxed from carbs and sodium my face looked very lean afterwards.

I’ve got a party next Friday and was planning on going low salt/carbs and high water from Monday but as I’ve now realised caffeine is a good diuretic I was thinking taking it Thursday to wake up debloated?

After alcohol I am lean but when I eat food/drink water I will bloat up after around 4 hours - is that the same as caffeine? Should I not drink any water on the Friday or just continue drinking 4L?

Dandelion root is better. Caffeine is good to stack with it

The day before or few days before event?
You can run dandelion root a few days before and up the caffeine 2-3 days before, but both can also be run daily for lower water retention and bloating.

You sure its not placebo?
No dude I learned this from bodybuilders and have ran it myself. It works but it’ll make you look a bit dryer and smaller dude to the lowered water retention. Compounds like test and dbol increase water retention which can also make you look bigger

Works only if you don’t take it regularly
