If you're here that means you're able to see through society's and culture's games that lure us into false beliefs.
So you're intelligent enough to know that not because something is "approved" by the majority that this thing is good or true.

Caffeine is maybe the worst looksmin ever after alcohol. (And hard drugs)

It kills your sleep and raise chronically stress hormones, so less T, less collagen, less recovery, bad fat composition, less immunity etc..
We all know that face > all, and that a good face indicates health.
Stopping caffeine made my skin so clean and blushy in a good way, dark circles under the eyes diminish and I can finally lose fat face (after having bulking, sorry but often necessary).
For the copers addicted to caffeine, just read "Caffeine Blues" it's backed up by non-biased science and debunk false founding about caffeine revealing that all of the time studies that claims caffeine benefits are financed by Coca, Pepsi, Nestle etc
Get your own opinion, and don't forget get looks or die trying.
Caffeine burns fat and reduces UEE. So it's looksmax.

Ok thanks. assuming i dont feel stressed after drinking coffee (especially decaf) and i only drink coffee made without pesticides would it be OK in theory?
No man just drop your bad habits you want to looksmax and be optimal you gotta put the effort trust me it's worth it in the long run

But you said decaf is ok so why is it a bad habit to begin with

Caffeine burns fat and reduces UEE. So it's looksmax.
Caffeine doesn't burn fat it increases stress hormones which will maybe raise your metabolism for a few days but will increase cortisol chronically if you don't cycle it cleverly. Which will prevent fat loss and fucked up your fat distribution (face, and lower stomach) look at moon face (it's when people are prescribed cortisol.
It prevent your body from absorving tons of vitamins, depletes you of water, collagen, vitamins B and potassium. Hence a very bad skin and undereyes bag. Please don't be stubborn and do your research.

Thank you very much bro this is the ki'd of mentality that I love if you're not satisfy just go back to caffeine you have nothing to lose.
Don't forget to come back and tell the whole world how your life got better, by the way go through the withdrawals if you're an addict is a pain (5 days to 3 weeks of headaches fatigue and insomnia proof hlw hard caffeine is on our bodies)

Ah sorry, I mean decaf is ok compare to coffee but still studies prove that it's very hard to detoxify all the metabolites (other than caffeine) present in the beans it's really not a good habit.
I'm not a specialist of decaf but I think you should stop it still.

Caffeine is really not good for tasks that require focus because they are complex, stress makes you too narrow in your thinking process.
Just today I solve a difficult math problem that I struggle hard with for more than 7 under caffeine 1 month ago.
It took me 2 hours but I was way more patient and not irritated and distracted.
While caffeine is really good (just mentally) to do repetitive tasks it's not good for creative or learning skills which are basically the basis of moneymaxxing (at least the beginning)

Thanks bro this shit is bad and so many underestimate the damage

Yep PMO fuck you up a lot and tea too. (This forum too but everybody knows that)
The Internet in general is very bad
Why is tea bad? It has great antioxidants. When I drank lots of green and white tea, my skin cleared up. Black tea seems useless though except for the caffeine.

Tea decreases iron absorption and the tannins tend to irritate the stomach badly + the caffeine content is a bad thing.
White tea from what I've heard is really way better than the other kind and black tea is the worst.

Wanted to write one on caffeine myself, but found yours
Coffee is even worse with the mycotoxins and methylxanthines

And we haven't even mentioned the mental health aspect of unstable energy and anxiety

As a fellow carni how do you handle skincare and leanmaxxing as such?

Currently doing tretinoin and moisturizing spf but I am always conflicted whether I should just stop topical skincare and tanmaxx, because I am not even fully convinced topical skincare is ultimately beneficial.

Then with leanmaxxing the traditional calorie counting stuff also goes against a lot of carnivore advice of feasting until full and intuitive eating

Woow you really seem to be my twin, yes I haven't even mention the worst side of caffeine which is the detrimental effect on mental health as most people are already struggling with way more than that, but I completely agree with you.

I've tried many skincare product but never tretinoin so I can't say, but to me diet and a healthy lifestyle is way more important than skincare. And carnivore give me a very good skin but I suprisingly found that castor oil is really good for the face, it decreases my nasolabial and give me a more youthful appearance (probably collagen and elastin) but nothing magic. Efficient when you put it before sleep.

Let's tackle the big monster in here. I've spend the last six months leanmaxxing. I've stopped going to the gym to do cardio instead (huge mistake) althought I have a product that allow spot reducing fat (super slow and complicated though).
I'm bulking since 2 weeks in order to be able to go real lean and have a chiseled face, which is necessary for most people without bones. First bulk under carnivore and I'm building mass like crazy.
I feel that carnivore just bring you to your homeostasis (between11% and 14 %bf depending on genetics) weight naturally, if you want to loose more you'll feel very hungry but you need calorie counting if you want to loose weight.

Really I didn't know that. I think caffeine is poison so this is another key element
Well it’s good and bad, inhibiting mTOR means less growth so shorter and less muscles but also slows aging

Yeah but it also decreases synthesis of protein as collagen so aging skin

Just be NEET and sleep in whenever you want. You can even have caffeine binges where you're up for a day and then make up for it by sleeping for 12 hours. Is it ideal? No, but yäwho really has an ideal lifestyle anyways? It makes you burn fat and push through with exercise and get things done. I think it's worth it.

Healthmin tbh, the more stuff your body processes the less healthy it will be
This is gymbro advice for looksmaxing, this is clearly just a broad theory which isn't backed by anything. You just made this up

I agree. Starting to wonder if the energy boost in the morning is worth my cortisol raising + slight anxiousness.

This is completely true but you need the discipline to stick with a diet more than 3 days to realise it so, you couldn't tell..

Yeah we have a lot of similar ideas

Interesting about castor oil im already using it for eyebrows

I decided to stop all topical skincare, and only use beef tallow on my face.

Will go beef and sardines for collagen and calcium diet and leanmaxx over the next 4 months. (18%BF TO 10% goal)

Good on you for leanmaxxing, also carni gives you significant strength increase naturally

nigga caffeine has a 10hr window, it will def disrupt the circadian rhythm if taken after this window, but before it (1hr30min after waking up) will not cause any crazy problems

Ironically sean o'pry drinks coffee, which has 300mg of caffeine most likely

Damn bro, that's a hard pill to swallow, im addicted in caffeine bro, and i did my research aswell after what u said and well, its basically all things correct, idk what to do now, and also, does coffee affect somehow badly in the gut? cause everytime i take it i have to take a dump

How bad is nicotine through vaping for skin and hair health? As far as pre workouts go, would a non stim pre-workout be detrimental to sleep and the anti aging process?

I was thinking about trading caffeine for nicotine for my next cut in order to cut hunger just today lol. To be honest I really don't know but when I see the addictive effect of every dopamine related substance I tend to think it's not worth it.

I think (I don't know) that nicotine half life is quiet short making it not detrimental to sleep.

As for the anti aging effect, everything dopamine related will somehow generate an epinephrine/adrenaline response and as we know stress is veryyyy bad for aging.
