I'm on my first serious cut and caffeine is a game changer. I can eat under 2000 kcal, swim 3 km and go to gym without feeling tired or hungry. With caffeine when i have good day i can make 2000 kcal deficit. My whole caffeine is from sugar free low calorie energy drinks so i'm less hungry on cut. What you guys think about caffeine?
