more than 50mg leaves me with temporary ADHD and after 30min i have to go the bathroom
does not increase productivity, instead makes me an ipad kid obsessed with high bpm music and doing as much as many things simultaneously

50mg must be like 200ml of an americano or a expresso shot

i plan to never take caffeine in any formever again, i hate the state of high energy and impulsivity
