I fucking hate it but i cant stop drinking coffee especially with a cig.. i cant even fuckin sleep at night i always go to work sleep deprived af and i jst past out when i get home.. its a continous misery..Its addictive potential is greatly underestimated. It's almost as bad as nicotine ime. Headaches, flu-like symptoms, depression, lethargy, anhedonia, no motivation to do anything are all typical wd symptoms. But I still love and am addicted to caffeine. At least it's not toxic in normal amounts, but I can't imagine coming off of it. I'd just be lying in bed all day drowning in misery
I don't get how people can't sleep after consuming caffeine... I can drink energy drinks, espresso or black coffee before bed and still sleep just fine (given that I use ohropax due to annoying neighbors). I guess I have a high tolerance, the effects don't last long either. Pure caffeine powder sucks tho, black coffee and energy drinks are way better imo.I fucking hate it but i cant stop drinking coffee especially with a cig.. i cant even fuckin sleep at night i always go to work sleep deprived af and i jst past out when i get home.. its a continous misery..
If you want to quit without withdrawal, just gradually lower the times and dose of caffeine you take. Like for example if I drink coffee three times a day(morning, afternoon and evening), I can easily cut to two times a day(morning and evening) without feeling anything. After a few days, I cut gradually the evening dose, then skip it too. I'm now down to one dose per day in the morning and after 5-6 days if I quit this too, I won't feel anything. Its addictive potential is greatly underestimated. It's almost as bad as nicotine ime. Unironically, drinking alcohol keeps me up all night, although it's considered a depressant...
It's called tapering, but what's the point really? I like caffeine. I've tried tyrosine and it actually made me drowsy. The combination of caffeine, nicotine, phenylalanine, methylfolate and B6 is way more dopaminergic. Which is probably why I like energy sugar-free energy drinksIf you want to quit without withdrawal, just gradually lower the times and dose of caffeine you take. Supplementing with l-tyrosine or phenylalanine can also restore the dopamine in your brain and speed up the recovery.
Caffeine Detox: How to Quit Caffeine in One Week (With Ease)
Is there a benefit to quitting caffeine? Quitting coffee, or otherwise?www.spartan.com
You have an overactive sympathetic nervous system. Try to find a way to unwind and calm down after work before you go to bed, like zen meditation or doing nothing. Supplement your diet with gelatin and don't drink coffee past afternoon. I guess you don't eat after work either. What's your eating schedule like?I usually sleep well even tho i drink like 10 cups od pure black coffee but i guess i stay awake at night now cuz i sleep for like 4-6 hours immediately after i get home from work. I always sustained myself on like 5 hours of sleep. I never needed more no matter how tired i am and never had health issues. So i guess it aint exactly coffees fault. But caffiene sure makes me all jittery, shaky and anxious. (Ive hypochondria and am generally anxious thro out the day) and caffiene enhances the feelings

Same. I usually eat one meal per day. I brought it up because digestion activates the parasympathetic nervous system and actually makes me tired. Which is why I eat late in the eveningSometimes i do sometimes i dont eat. Ive a pretty fast metabolism. I usually eat once a day, twice max, once at breakfast at work and once after i get off work at random times.
But most times i only eat once at night or after work abd that'd be enough for me

Put your phone on airplane mode, lie or sit down, close your eyes and literally do nothing. Meditation is usually preceded by concentration, but doing nothing is effortless and gives your mind a restwdym by doing nothing?
No. But I'm pretty sure I have OCDDo you suffer from anxiety at all god forbid? I wish u could feel normal and anxiety free for like a week

This is why I like drinking it randomly. I've only gotten seriously hooked once and it sucked I couldn't tell the difference between being tired or not having enough caffeine. And it was a hangover when I stopped it.This drug has given me a multitude of issues lately. This all culminated in extreme nightmares and shit sleep the other day so ill quit forever.
yea drinking it randomly is ideal. I drank it for the first time in ages to fix my sleep schedule like a week ago. I might use it in conjunction with alcohol to fuck a hoooker. This is why I like drinking it randomly. Took a break for a while and now I drink it for hard days but if I don't have anything important I don't drink it. Been drinking it for a year on and off without getting addicted to it trick is to only use it when you need it. And usually not on weekends or when you feel well rested the minute it becomes an everyday thing you might as well just quit since you get used to it. If you take it every now and then you will really get benefits when you need them.
Same is true with nicotine/smoking I do it sparingly like if I am taking an exam I chew nicotine gum
Weird use for caffeine tbhyea drinking it randomly is ideal. I drank it for the first time in ages to fix my sleep schedule like a week ago. I might use it in conjunction with alcohol to fuck a hoooker.
