Are they safe for me (15 yo)
I tried 2 today one 80mg mint and second 40mg and after that 80mg It kind off hurt i kept it for 30-35min is it safe for that long or should I do 10-15?
Need help with time cuz im getting 120mg tomorrow

they are safe althought the reccomended limit is 100mg for teens, you will be fine doing them as long as u don't go too overboard

i reccomend since u have 40mg just use 3 (4 max) per day and spread them out as it will remain at 120mg

Well I love the 40mg one, the taste is a lot better (energy drink) than the cool mint
ill use 80mg sometimes tho or 120mg (watermelon ice)

Bro wtf i use 18mg one in rn and i get a huge rush from it, i thought people doing 30mg were crazy BUT 120 that’s going to fuck up your gums and blood pressure take like a month or 2 off it to reset your tolerance there’s no need to be doing that much. By any chance are you Russian or Swedish

I dont want to do 300mg a day at 15 by an accident or smth + time is important because I kept it for too long and it hurt
