Caffeine withdrawl

Wow. I started a month ago running 200mg caffeine, then 400mg caffeine (not every day, just on special occasions), then yesterday I realized my usual 200mg wasn’t working and 400mg wasn’t getting me the “feel good” I got initially so I said fuck it and took 600mg. Felt good as fuck but still not as good as a 200mg when you’ve never taken it for 2 weeks.

anyways today I didn’t take any and I’m fucking braindead and slow and have a headache and I’m so fucking bloated holy shit when will this end lmao

Terrible dude. I like caffeine, but only from coffee/tea.

It's not good to become dependent on anything. I like the morning buzz coffee gives me.

I've been addicted to a lot of crap in my life, this site being one of em, and I always find I'm happier whenever I stop. Whether it be nicotine, porn, caffeine, alcohol, or hard drugs. Once you get past the withdrawals you take more pleasure in the little things in life. It's always much more pleasurable than when I was hooked on anything.

You’re right bro. Deadass whenever I get addicted and do something daily I always end up feeling like shit the next day after I don’t have it. It’s better and more sustainable to try and feel good naturally through attainable methods rather than constantly trying to bio hack yourself to artificially feel good. I’ll definitely still do drugs and shit because there’s honestly nothing like it, but I think the conclusion here is that for your day to day life, don’t consistently take anything, it’s not worth the withdrawls.
